Trying to deposit cheques through the Scotiabank mobile app for two days now (July 1, 2023). The app just shows: "We can't deposit your check at this time. Please try again later. (RDC 001)"

THE SCOTIABANK APP HAS HAD AN ERROR MESSAGE ON EACH PAGE SAYING PROBLEMS EXIST AND ARRE BEEING WORKED ON. TEN (10) DAYS SO FAR!! ALSO NO INCOME TAX FORMS (T5 ETC) NEEDED FOR FILING BY 28 MARCH 2023 OR CRA PENALTY FOR FAILING TO FILE TRUST DOCUMENTS!! NO CHAT ACCESS FOR DISABLED CLIENTS! IF CONNECTED TO CHAT, IT CLOSES DOWN WITH A TIME OUT AFTER FIVE (5) MINUTES!

Continuing problems with password resetting requests, every few hours, passwords are not retained and need to be reset, v Can’t used past passwords, running out of password ideas. Terrible with no solutions or help from reps. Can’t phone your branch, all remote.

App pop up before login states ‘we noticed you recently updated Touch ID on your device’ requiring me to login with my password but the app hangs when I try to login this way and times out.
